Job Summary
The General Manager will lead daily operations, drive business growth, and enhance organisational effectiveness by aligning teams, improving processes, and executing strategic initiatives to meet performance targets.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning across departments
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and organisational goals
- Lead and align Operations, Sales, Academic, and Customer Service teams to foster collaboration and performance
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive team accountability and performance management
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control to support profitability
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business expansion and launch new initiatives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, systems, and workflows for organisational consistency
- Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage external partnerships to support business needs
- Experience managing operations across multiple branches or departments
- Knowledge of education centre operations or student management systems
- Ability to analyze data and work with performance metrics to inform decisions
- Adaptability to lead and drive change within teams
