Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update of claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Manage main con progress claims and subcon payment responses
- Manage VO/EOT claims
- Support tender processes include attending tender interviews
- Negotiation and award of subcons and suppliers
- All other duties as per assigned by superior
- Diploma/Degree holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized institution/University
- Min 4 - 5 years working experience
- Knowledge of building condition of contract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
