Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders in defining requirements and improving processes, while supporting project delivery and coordinating compliance with computer system validation (CSV) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Analyse and optimise business processes, with a focus on finance, supply chain, and operational excellence
- Support SAP ECC system improvements and master data harmonisation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to present findings and define functional solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Assist in preparing business cases, project documentation, and finance requests
- Manage compliance activities and maintain process documentation in line with regulatory standards
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- At least10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated or complex environment.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading requirement gathering sessions.
- Strong ability to develop clear and detailed project documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
