- Operate and maintain professional bakery equipment

- Dim Sum / Hot Kitchen
- Prepare and assemble dim sum and other dishes according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during preparation and storage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient operations.
