Responsibilities

Prepare and update 2D and 3D drawings using BIM and AutoCAD
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Identify and resolve design clashes
Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings comply with standards
Support project submissions and revisions

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM-related software
Experience in any one discipline: Civil & Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), or Architectural
Basic understanding of construction drawings and workflows
Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows (e.g. LOD, BIM Execution Plan)
Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks is an advantage
