Description

As the Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with regional and global teams to manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and stakeholders
Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimize financial performance
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards
Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, controls, and processes
Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning

Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA preferred.
At least 5 years in financial management, within tech, start-ups or high-growth environments
Strong international experience and understanding of multi-entity reporting
Exceptional analytical, modeling, and presentation skills
A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Experience working in a fast-paced and global business
