As a Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Assist Assistant / Director of Nursing in daily functions
Ensure smooth daily operation flow in the department
Attend and assist in any dispute cases
Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve & follow through service/quality/medico-legal issues.
Handle overall responsibility for the induction process, plans for self and nurses' career progression.
Set goals and overall KPI for unit
Submit reports on timely manner
Provide training and guidance to the department
Ensure staffs adhere to the practices and SOPs
Develop training programmes and continuous learning courses to upgrade the team's knowledge and skills
Any other duties within the team.

Requirements:

At least a Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
