Responsibilities

Lead and support the hospitality team to provide excellent service.
Manage hospitality operations and ensure smooth service in dining and housekeeping.
Work with the care teams to plan menus and manage food services.
Control costs while keeping service quality high.
Ensure all teams follow service standards and SOPs with good attention to detail.
Handle service issues quickly and professionally to improve the overall experience.
