Logistics Supervisor
Location: TampinesSalary: Up to $3,500/month (Basic + Variable Bonus)
Working Hours: Rotating Shift: 8:30am – 5:30pm (1st month) & 8:30pm – 5:30am (2nd month)
Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead and supervise our inventory control team, ensure smooth inventory flow, and optimize stock management. If you have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP System
- Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and stock takes
- Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, or blocked stock and propose solutions
- Lead and train the inventory control team
- Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth inventory flow
- Develop and improve inventory SOPs and best practices
- Identify areas to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space
What We Need:
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to commit to overtime
