Key Responsibilities
  • Contact applicants and stakeholders to follow up on required documentation and application matters
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide quality customer support through phone communications
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, filing, and record management
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates of information in internal systems
  • Support daily operational and administrative functions as assigned
Requirements
  • Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling phone-based communications and customer enquiries
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
  • Available to commence work within a short notice period
  • Interest in the healthcare and medical sector is advantageous
