Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily healthcare database operations including monitoring and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in data processing and preparation using Python and SQL
• Maintain database access controls and support backup/recovery procedures
• Participate in data validation and quality checks
• Generate basic reports and assist in healthcare data analysis
• Help document data processes, workflows, and user guides
• Provide basic user support for database-related technical issues
• Work closely with clinicians and data teams to understand requirements and deliver insights

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data management
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Familiar with Python for basic data handling
• Understands foundational data analytics concepts
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and willing to learn in a healthcare setting
