The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support the organisation’s rapid expansion. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives.
This position also requires regular overseas travel alongside a senior executive for recruitment-related events, screenings, and meetings. It is ideal for candidates who are proactive, resourceful, agile, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across clinical, corporate, and operational roles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive employer branding activities to strengthen East Coast Podiatry’s presence across job boards.
- Travel independently to accompany a senior male executive for recruitment-related trips overseas.
- Participate in overseas career fairs, interviews, and networking events.
- Assist the executive during travel to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities and schedules.
- Handle logistics such as itinerary coordination, documentation, and event preparation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
- Support work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations.
- Support onboarding processes and participate in new hire integration.
- Assist in preparing reports and recruitment analytics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR team as required.
- Participate in HR improvement projects, policy updates, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage but not required).
- Experience working in a recruitment agency as a recruiter is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent solo overseas travel and working in a close professional setting with a senior male executive.
- Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms (JobStreet - SEEK, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, etc.)
