Ten-League Group is a growing organization in the heavy construction machinery and industrial equipment sector, delivering reliable solutions to infrastructure, construction, and industrial clients. We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth through effective B2B marketing strategies.

• Manage and grow Ten-League Group’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Wechat
• Plan, create, and publish B2B-focused content (posts, banners, videos, case studies, project updates)
• Handle LinkedIn marketing for brand awareness, lead generation, and employer branding
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create product, project, and solution-based content
• Manage and update the company website, including content uploads, landing pages, and basic SEO
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads and inquiries
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly marketing reports
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Track competitors’ digital activities and suggest improvements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and above
• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ads
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Good written and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments

• Experience in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial equipment marketing
• Basic graphic or video editing skills
• Understanding of lead generation and CRM coordination
