Job Title: Senior Pega Developer

Job Duration:12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go permanent!

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business requirements. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure applications to meet business needs.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure application performance.
Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.

Mandatory:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Prior hands-on 2-3 experience in Pega Development
CSA Pega certification
Experience in Design & Build Enablement and Configuration & Release Management preferred.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
