Job Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Provide timely and accurate information about products/services
• Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Call Centre / Inside Sales Executive :

• Attend inbound and/or outbound calls for sales or service support
• Promote products/services and generate leads
• Record call interactions and update customer database
• Meet daily/weekly performance and KPI targets

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional
• Able to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries
• Previous experience in customer service / call center / inside sales executive is preferred
