Credit Analyst (Corporate Banking)

Our client, a well-established bank is seeking a Credit Analyst for its corporate banking business.

• Perform comprehensive credit analysis on corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns, or structured products
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, capital structures, and industry trends
• Prepare credit reports, investment memos, and recommendations for credit committees
• Assign and maintain internal credit ratings and limits
• Monitor existing credit exposures and identify early warning signals
• Conduct scenario and stress testing to assess downside risks
• Stay informed of macroeconomic developments and regulatory changes impacting credit risk
• Liaise with front office, risk management, compliance, and other stakeholders
• Support portfolio reviews and periodic credit assessments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 – 6 years experience in credit analysis, risk management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles and financial modeling
• Proficient in financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Experience with rating agencies, banks, or asset managers is an advantage
• CFA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
