Our Singapore office comprises of more than 80 recruitment professionals across HR, Sales and Marketing, Accounting and finance, Construction, Property and Engineering, Life Sciences as well as Banking and Financial Services.
We are currently hiring Specialist Recruiter to serve clients in the technology sector. You will be working on local recruitment mandates at mid to senior level positions.
We welcome talents who are in B2B sales in the technology industry as well as those holding roles in onsite talent acquisition manager, recruitment consultants who have interest to specialise in the technology industry. You will gain a broader view of the industry and create a positive impact on your network from a different purpose.
Key accountabilities include:
- Use internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the specialised function or industry.
- Screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organisational and personality fit.
- Initiate and drive multi-pronged sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
- Keep pace of and analyse market and sector trends to support clients’ human capital development.
- Min 2 years of B2B sales experience or recruitment
