• Lead the recommendation, design, and implementation of the company’s technology strategy and roadmap to support long-term business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals.
• Develop and maintain architectural frameworks and models that guide solution design, implementation, and achievement of desired business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to application delivery and technical teams during design reviews and solution deployment.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to industry best practices, delivering high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, provide strategic recommendations, and influence IT adoption to drive innovation.
• Conduct regular technology reviews and infrastructure assessments, recommending improvements to enhance performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance and information security policies, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

• Diploma or bachelor's holder in (ICT), Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in designing, architecting, and supporting complex IT systems and large-scale ICT solutions, with demonstrated experience in an Enterprise Architect capacity.
• Proven track record delivering solutions across enterprise and government environments.

• Strong understanding of on-premises ICT architectures, integration patterns, and best practices for building scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud), including:
• Cloud architecture and design principles
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Cloud security best practices
• Cost optimization and governance
• Hands-on experience with modern application architectures, including:
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices
• Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• In-depth knowledge of web security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSL/TLS.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and secure system design principles.
• Familiarity with government and enterprise security frameworks and standards, including IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC+, and HCC.

• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, and/or PMP.
• Cloud Architect certification in at least one platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in application design, system integration, and interoperability.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud security architecture.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security frameworks.
