Job Summary
As a Senior / Graphic Designer you will be part of our dynamic team and a core member of our creative department, you will work closely with our in-house designer and other team members to produce high-quality visuals for both in-house projects and client work.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong design sensibility, and a collaborative mindset.
This is what your job scope will be...
Design & Creative- Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and other creative assets as assigned.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity, typography, and layout standards.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and project managers to ensure alignment on visual direction and goals.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working closely with external marketing partners or freelancers whenever necessary.
- You have previous work experience (Ideally 1-3 years) experience in Graphic design (in a creative agency, highly preferred)
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past work.
- You have excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- You have a good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- You are a strong team player and have strong stakeholder management skill
