• Contact Centre Experience 1 Year & or Above (***Must Have***)
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to Handle Difficult Customers

1. - Phone Call Etiquettes

• Demonstrate Job Purpose Dedication, Passion & Commitment with Teamwork

1. - Mandarin Speaking Proficiency (***Must Have*** - Due to Interaction with Batch of High-Quality Mandarin Speaking Client Base) (Hence, Advance Mandarin Proficiency Skill Set Required as Part of Job Competency)
2. - Willing to Work on Weekends & Public Holiday

• Ability to Draft Professional Email Respond Back to Customer
• Familiar with Smart TV Operation and Handphone Application (Download Application / Install/Uninstall)
• Familiar with Internet Surfing on the PC
• Basic Troubleshooting of PC
