Senior Production Technician / Senior Associate Engineer

North-East Singapore

Salary: S$3000 - 4000
Annual Leave: 14 Days
AWS & Variable Bonus Provided

Available Fixed Shifts

? Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm (+ shift allowance)
? Night Shift: 10:45pm – 7:15am (+ shift allowance)
Monday to Friday + Half Day Saturday

A leading company in the semiconductor equipment industry is seeking experienced and hands-on individuals to join their manufacturing and process engineering team.

Responsibilities

Perform machine calibration, setup, testing, and performance validation for semiconductor packaging equipment
Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for assembly and process-related issues
Assist engineers in developing and qualifying manufacturing inspection and testing protocols
Support process improvement initiatives, tooling enhancements, and work procedure updates
Ensure manufacturing fixtures, jigs, drawings, and work instructions are properly maintained and available
Record manufacturing test data and support quality reporting activities

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related disciplines)
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience
Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or similar data analysis tools will be advantageous
Experience with semiconductor packaging processes or capital equipment will be a plus
