Kindly note, the basic salary offer is up to $3300.
Able to start work immediately preferred or short notices preferred or maximum one month notice
Core Responsibilities :
- Semiconductor equipment installation – setting up, calibrating, and maintaining specialized machinery.
- Chiller repair and maintenance – diagnosing and repairing cooling systems essential for semiconductor operations.
- Service reporting – preparing detailed technical reports after service or repair work.
- Customer liaison – communicating with clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Ad-hoc duties – supporting additional technical or operational tasks as assigned.
- Basic technical skills in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Refrigeration background preferred – strong advantage for chiller-related tasks.
- Teamwork orientation – ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
