AI Transform Project Manager - AI

We are partnering with a regional organisation undergoing a strategic AI transformation journey to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls, and elevate market intelligence capabilities.

This role is critical in driving end-to-end AI initiatives across APAC, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions that deliver tangible commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the regional AI transformation roadmap, aligned with business and digitalisation (DX) strategy
• Assess current AI maturity and identify high-impact opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce business risk, and enhance market analytics
• Design scalable AI architecture leveraging Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform)

• Drive full lifecycle AI project delivery – from use-case identification, solution design, development, to deployment
• Implement AI-driven solutions across key areas:Operational Efficiency: Workflow automation, RPA, process optimisationRisk Management: Predictive analytics, anomaly detection, decision support toolsMarket Intelligence: Data pipelines, forecasting models, and commercial insights generation
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business workflows

• Lead regional, cross-functional AI programmes across multiple countries and business units
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and adoption
• Drive performance tracking, ROI measurement, and continuous optimisation of AI initiatives

• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks (data, model, and prompt governance)
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical AI standards
• Champion user adoption, training, and change management across the organisation

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or enterprise AI transformation
• Proven track record in leading AI transformation or large-scale AI projects (regional/multi-country exposure preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform)
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions with measurable impact
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams

• Healthcare or other data-intensive, operationally complex industries

• Lead high-impact AI transformation initiatives at a regional level
• Drive real business outcomes in efficiency, risk reduction, and market intelligence
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
