Urgent: Manufacturing Manager (Precision / Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Establish, oversee, and optimize production schedules to meet customer requirements while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and inspire a diverse production team, promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all output complies with stringent precision engineering standards and customer specifications through thorough quality checks and ongoing monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, apply lean manufacturing principles, and adopt Six Sigma or similar methodologies to boost productivity and reduce waste
• Oversee production budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-efficient strategies while maintaining product quality and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth production flow and timely product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of production management experience within the Precision Engineering industry.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM tools, and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and production planning systems.
