- Consolidates orders where possible, follows up on shipping documents, and ensures timely receiving, invoicing, and sales recognition.
- Manages logistics cost-effectively by selecting the best transporter/forwarder, coordinating import isotanker clearance, and monitoring delivery performance to avoid demurrage.
- Prepares and shares shipping documents, insurance, weekly open order reports, and OTIF reports; also supports LC order processing
- Processing orders, checking documents, and ensuring shipment confirmation
- Verifies and approves invoices for timely payment, handles container-related disputes/costs, participates in stock count, and provides backup support for local deliveries, tolling/blending, exports, and inventory
