We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Senior / IT Executive who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and making a real impact across a dynamic business.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Hand on by providing prompt first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
2. Manage/maintain our networks and end-user devices, ensuring smooth daily operations
3. Strengthen our IT security posture by implementing and monitoring safeguards to protect systems and data
4. Work closely with external vendors and service providers to deliver reliable and cost-effective IT solutions
5. Keep IT processes and documentation well-organised, up-to-date, and easy to follow
6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency as the business grows

Job Requirements :

1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Senior IT executive role.
2. Background in the retail and/or beauty industry is a plus, but not mandatory
3. Strong practical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
4. Comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced, operational environment
5. A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
6. Able to juggle priorities and work independently in a dynamic setting
7. Relevant IT or computer science certifications will be an added advantage
