What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational projects and strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational reporting requirements
• Assist with budget monitoring, procurement administration, and resource allocation activities
• Support facilities management, workspace planning, and office transition projects
• Handle operational administrative duties including onboarding coordination, purchasing activities, and invoice processing
• Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and business continuity planning initiatives

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Meticulous, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Training and guidance will be provided
