Singaporean ONLY Supply Chain/Purchasing Executive (FMCG/Central)

Responsibilities:

Monitoring stock level, prepare and place purchase orders with suppliers, handle shipments from supplier to warehouse and manage all related enquiries
Forecast planning
Work closely with internal team to aid production and delivery
Ensure all purchasing details are kept up to date on the system
Frequent check with suppliers on shipment schedule and stock control
Run monthly sales report

Requirements:

Shipping experience in supply chain (purchasing, procurement, inventory)
Sea/Air/Land freight (any combinations)
Customer centric; naturally build trust with both internal and external contacts
Confident communication skills
Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and email client (e.g., Outlook)
Task focussed, attention to detail and highly organised
Willing to learn and accept new challenges
