We're Hiring: HR Executive / HR Admin

This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only.

Location: Singapore, Kaki Bukit
Company: Beautex Interior Pte Ltd

Beautex Interior is looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to join our growing team. Depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the company's requirements, the successful candidate may be appointed as either an HR Executive or HR Admin.

Working Hours: 5.5 Days.

Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll, leave administration, and attendance tracking
Support work pass applications and renewals (if applicable)
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Singapore HR practices and MOM regulations will be an advantage
This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
