Operations Manager - Bukit Merah

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in daily operations and administrative support
  • Supporting the management of café and dessert shop operations, including staff coordination, inventory control, and customer service
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of tasks related to the education department
  • Enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in F&B and Education industries

Experience in team supervision, customer service, and inventory management

Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and staff coordination capabilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Basic knowledge of administrative procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systemsPersonal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer-oriented mindset

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays, if required

Other Requirements: Knowledge or experience in supporting educational programs is a plus

Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under pressure.
