Operations Manager - Bukit Merah

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in daily operations and administrative support
Supporting the management of café and dessert shop operations, including staff coordination, inventory control, and customer service
Assisting in the coordination and execution of tasks related to the education department
Enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
Supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in F&B and Education industries

Experience in team supervision, customer service, and inventory management

Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and staff coordination capabilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Basic knowledge of administrative procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systemsPersonal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer-oriented mindset

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays, if required

Other Requirements: Knowledge or experience in supporting educational programs is a plus

Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under pressure.
