Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site | Singapore)
Are you passionate about solving problems, working hands-on with advanced equipment, and building strong customer relationships?We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore!
As part of our service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers by ensuring their instruments and equipment run smoothly through installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
What You’ll Do- Deliver installation, training, preventive maintenance, repair, and compliance services for instruments and equipment.
- Provide timely field service, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports on customer activities.
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships within your assigned territory.
- (For software-focused roles) Develop and maintain graphic control systems / PLC programs / SQL scripts.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Background in AMC/THC-related fields is an added advantage.
