Your Role
In this key position, you’ll play an integral part in our finance team by :
- Managing a full set of accounts to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Overseeing GST submissions and maintaining fixed assets schedules.
- Conducting monthly invoicing, including rental and intercompany billings.
- Preparing payment vouchers, online transactions, and conducting bank reconciliations.
- Ensuring smooth cash management and preparing audit schedules for liaising with auditors.
- Addressing tax inquiries and managing intercompany loan agreements.
- Coordinating dividend declarations and overseeing director approvals.
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Certified Accounting Technician with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ACCPAC, Excel, and keen financial acumen.
