Inside Sales Executive (Software/ Cloud Based Product)- ALL SALES EXPERIENCE WEL - Geylang
- Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross Salary $6000 (Basic up to $4500) + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: SALE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE/ SOFTWARE
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
- Provide customers with alternative brans products for EOL parts.
- Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
- Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
- Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
- Effectively profile target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
- Perform other jobs duties as assigned.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Candidates with relevant sales experience is preferred.
- If you do not have relevant sales or industry experience but possess a goal-oriented mindset and determination to learn from mistakes and try harder; if you are good with people and can communicate convincingly; we would love to speak to you.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
