Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Pan-Malayan Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd. Based at our Tai Seng facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of our pharmaceutical products.

• Material Handling – Receive, weigh, and count bulk and packaging materials, ensuring accurate records
• Pre-Production – Clean rooms, prepare equipment, set up machines, and monitor the environment
• Production Process – Fill, label, package, and shrink-wrap products while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Post-Production – Clean production areas, utensils, and equipment, and document activities.
• Housekeeping & Safety – Perform daily/weekly housekeeping and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Teamwork – Participate in company activities and take on assignments as directed by management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Proficient in reading and interpreting production and quality control documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
