Bukit Merah - Admin Executive (Programme Management)

Salary range: $2800 to $3500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

1. Monitor the number of students for various programs and schedule for all potential new courses.
2. Liaise with Academic Head for the preparation of Scheme of Works, lesson plans, timetable, deployment of lecturers, allocation of classrooms, and distribution of textbooks, notes, etc.
3. Assist in conducting orientation for lecturers and ensure all lecturers are approved by relevant authorities
4. Liaise with lecturers for planning and executing the internal and external examinations of programs, prepare the report of results and the release of results to the students.
5. Ensure proper registration of students for external examinations, and follow the procedures to execute the examinations.
6. Prepare submission of new programs and correspondence with relevant authorities.
7. Maintain and safe keep all academic files and examination papers.
8. Assist in office general administration and ensure compliance with EduTrust procedures.
9. Assist the Director/HOD/HOS in the administration of the set of programmes.
10. Liaise and coordinate with partner organisations and examination bodies.
11. Prepare teaching materials for new courses and new intakes.
12. Prepares courses and lecturers’ documentation for Academic Board’s approval.
13. Monitor the daily attendance of lecturers and feedback to Director/HOD/HOS.
14. Monitor the daily lesson delivery of lecturers and feedback to Director/HOD/HOS.
15. Conduct student surveys for new lecturers and existing lecturer.
16. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation.
17. Any other duties as assigned the Academic HOD and Director.

Requirements:

1. Good command of written and spoken English
2. Neat and meticulous, with strong follow-up skills
3. Able to work independently as well as in a team
4. Ability to meet deadlines
