HR Admin Assistant | Entry level/ 5 Days/ North

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Admin Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources and Administration. You will be based in the North Region and this is a full-time position working five days per week.

• Support daily HR administrative work
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Handle attendance and leave management
• Manage company email accounts and user access
• Prepare HR documents such as letters, contracts, and reports
• Handle work pass application and renewal
• Install and set up IT equipment (laptops and staffs access card)
• Attend to employee queries and basic HR support
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment arrangements if needed
• Perform general office administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned

• GCE O Level, Nitec or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Entry level is welcome to apply.
• Basic IT knowledge and computer skills
• Able to maintain employee records and HR database
• Familiar with onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management
• Able to handle simple HR documents and work pass application/renewal
• Good communication and responsible attitude

• Basic salary up to $2500
• 5 Days; 8:30am to 6pm
