• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B manufacturing sales (hunting experience preferred).
• Strong self-motivation, persistence, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting clients regularly.
