Early Years Educator

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Early Years Educator to support the holistic development and well-being of infants and toddlers in a safe, engaging, and caring environment. The successful candidate will assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities, monitor children’s developmental progress, and build positive partnerships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning, development, and daily care routines
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with ECDA frameworks
• Observe and document children’s development and progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates
• Collaborate with colleagues to support centre programmes and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, SPARK standards, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiar with ECDA licensing and SPARK requirements
