GOVERNMENT ROLE - Temporary Customer Service Officer

Salary: Up to $2,640 (calculated at an hourly rate)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
• 8:30am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
• 8 hours per day, on-site only

Job Scope:

• Attend to walk-in customers at counter (by appointment)
• Handle customer enquiries and support property agents/agencies
• Answer inbound telephone enquiries and perform outbound reminder calls
• Conduct phone surveys with stakeholders
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document disposal
• Support case monitoring, updates, and basic statistical reporting
• Assist with backend system testing for e-services when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder (preferably with ≤3 years working experience in customer service related)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Patient, customer-focused, and comfortable handling diverse stakeholders
• Able to work independently and in a team
