About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Regional Retail Key Account Manager to lead the development and management of our offline retail business across Southeast Asia, with a base in Singapore. This role will focus on pharmacy and health & wellness chains such as Guardian, Watsons, Unity, and equivalent retailers across markets like Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving regional retail strategy, expanding brand presence, securing in-store activations, and ensuring strong commercial execution with key partners. Key Responsibilities
Regional Channel Development & Sales Growth- Drive sales performance and market penetration across key SEA retail chains through strong regional strategies and localised execution.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across offline pharmacy, personal care, and wellness retail channels in SEA markets.
- Manage and grow key accounts by developing strong relationships, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring account-specific business plans.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and lead negotiations with category buyers and retail decision-makers in multiple markets.
- Oversee distributor performance or in-market retail teams to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with brand standards.
- Own the full commercial cycle with retail accounts – including listings, promotions, in-store visibility, and performance tracking.
- Co-develop annual business plans and joint business reviews with regional and local retail partners.
- Plan and supervise execution of marketing activities at the store level (e.g., gondola ends, in-store POSM, product sampling).
- Analyse POS data and category performance, using insights to drive growth strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage trade terms, price architecture, and retailer budgets across different markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align on go-to-market and execution strategies.
- Act as the voice of the market by providing feedback and insights on consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and retail trends.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple stakeholders including distributors, retail partners, and internal teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail key account management, preferably in FMCG, health, personal care, or beauty categories.
- Proven success in managing regional retail channels or SEA markets, with deep understanding of Singapore and surrounding markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience launching new products, managing retail activations, and growing share of shelf in competitive categories.
- Well-organized and self-motivated, able to handle complexity and multiple markets/projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and sales data tools; comfortable with sales dashboards and reporting.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and making an impact in a purpose-driven brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; multilingual capability is a plus.
