Cybersecurity Engineer (1 year contract)

The Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and optimisation of security systems at a customer site, ensuring continuous Daily operations including:

• Monitoring of Web Proxy
• Responding to end users’ requests for add delete and modification of policies
• Perform daily health checks and monitoring
• Handle incident response and troubleshooting
• Open ticket with vendor support for troubleshooting
• Collection of logs for troubleshooting
• Participate in change requests (CRs) and maintenance windows
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, in Network and Cybersecurity environment
• Strong Knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing and Switching
• Preferably knowledge in Broadcom/Symantec
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Communication (Internal user and vendor facing role)
• Ability to work under pressure (incidents)
