Insurance Claims Support (12 months) - Bukit Merah

Job Description:

• Supporting Claim Team on admin matters and resolve issues relating to claim matters
• Forward claim submissions by agents and policyholders to the correct Claim Admin Team for claim registration, on day of email receipt.
• Acknowledge agents’ and policyholders’ emails, upon receipt of claim submissions.
• Tag and ‘wrap’ emails which does not require further action.
• Other ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Unit Head;
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

• Minimum A Level
• Good written skills
• Good stress management skill and team player
• Singaporeans only
