QC Analyst / Lab Assistant X 3 - Chemical / Jurong Island / Transport Provided

POSITION 1 : QC ANALYST

BASIC SALARY UP TO $2800 + $250 (JURONG ISLAND ALLOWANCE)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to statutory and corporate requirements related to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
• Conduct quality checks on final product according to established procedures.
• Keep proper record of all analysis results.
• Identify and raise a nonconformance form when the product quality does not meet the specification.
• Provide support to the Production, R&D or Sales departments on an ad-hoc basis.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of lab equipment as planned.
• Properly store and label all retained samples and documentation in the designated storage area.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma.
• Entry Level
• No prior experience required
• OJT will be provided
• Willing to work in Jurong Island

POSITION 2 : SENIOR LAB ASSISTANT X 2 VACANCIES

BASIC SALARY UP TO $3500 + $200 (JURONG ISLAND ALLOWANCE)

Conducting of all laboratory tests and samples and quality inspections assigned to them by the Supervisor. You are expected to be knowledgeable on all equipment operating procedures as well as all quality control procedures and competent on the use of laboratory equipment

• Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis
• Advance maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment.
• Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation and standardization of chemical reagents and waste management.maintenance of quality records and development of quality procedures.
• Calibration of equipment.
• Conduct and contribute to risk assessment, Quality Procedures and Decision making on quality & maintenance.
• Procurement of materials and budget controls.
• Implementing QA & Safety Activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or chemistry related field.
• Min 3 years’ experience in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing.
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
