• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer (Commercial Cleaning Equipment)
• Position Title: Warehouse Admin / Warehouse Clerk
• Working Location: Gul Crescent (Transport provided at Boon Lay, Lakeside, Chinese Garden, Yew Tee)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Manage the progression from Sales Orders (SO) to Delivery Orders (DO).
• Coordinate warranty claims and document amendments with suppliers.
• Prepare and process shipment lists and Delivery Orders.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
