Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development personnel to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business development initiatives - from strategic planning to execution, support growth and contribute to the organization’s overall objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, developers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, upcoming projects, and potential clientele.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, projects, commercial, management etc) to align strategies and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate clients' data, forecasts, and activity reports for management review.
- Contribute to the development of BD strategies, marketing plans, and brand positioning.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Confident with strong business acumen, ability to understand customer needs and identify market opportunities.
- Positive, mature, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
