Role Overview:

The Senior Consultant leads client projects focused on brand, marketing, and innovation strategy. This role blends analytical thinking with creative storytelling, helping clients develop strategies for brand positioning, consumer segmentation, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic client engagements from planning to presentation.
Develop insights using data, research, and market trends.
Deliver compelling brand stories and strategic recommendations.
Guide internal teams and mentor junior staff.
Manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
Collaborate directly with clients and senior leadership.
Contribute to business development and proposal creation.

Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in consulting, branding, marketing, or market research.
Strong mix of creative and analytical skills.
Skilled in storytelling, client presentation, and executive communication.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple projects.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
