Oversee the development cycle using Agile plan sprints, write user stories, test features, and fix bugs.
- Translate product strategy into clear,rigorous, and detailed requiements and prototypes.
- Help lauch new features & products, including internal training, launch content, and peformance monitoring product progress throughout the process.
- Use product metrics (coversion rate, user retention, engagement) to evaluate peformance and make improvements.
- Collaborate daily with graphic designer, developers, marketers, and associate product manager to build and launch features.
- Define the product vision roadmad, and goals based on market trends, business objectives, and user feedback.
- Work with client to decide which features to build first (based on impact & priority)
- Understand customers pain point through interviews, market research, data analytics, and feedback to find valuable product oportunities.
- Present updates and results to clients regularly.
- Doing market research on our client's target market current top of mind platform (SHOPEE, TIKTOKSHOP, INSTAGRAM, TOKOPEDIA.
- Interviewing talent candidates/ freelance who fits to the upcoming client's project.
