Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Salary: Up to SGD 3,100 per month plus AWS and Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, perform 3-way matching, and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle employee expense claims and verify compliance with company policies
- Review and approve purchase requisitions (PRs)
- Prepare and execute payments (e.g., bank transfers, GIRO)
- Support AR reporting, maintain records, and assist with month-end closing
Requirements:
- Experience in Accounts payable or finance operations will be an added advantage
