Visual Merchandiser Executive

This position combines creativity with strategic execution to ensure consistent brand presentation across stores while supporting business objectives and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and roll out tools to ensure consistent implementation of visual presentation standards, including visual merchandising, graphics, and fixtures.
• Provide direction and communication to retail store coordinators on seasonal display updates and overall visual presentation.
• Ensure all visual merchandising manuals, seasonal VM guidelines, and planograms are properly implemented across all retail stores.
• Execute floor set guidelines and visual directions promptly, providing photographic confirmation upon completion.
• Create in-store and window displays, layouts, and price signage that reflect current merchandise priorities and promotions.

• Manage store design layouts, fixtures, and visual elements across all retail formats (standalone stores and shop-in-shops.).
• Support new store openings, renovations, and relocations to ensure alignment with brand design standards.
• Maintain proper store zoning and display standards through timely floor moves and merchandise adjustments.
• Oversee signage and props inventory, ensuring cleanliness, adequate stock, and timely replacements.

• Liaise with third-party brand visual departments to ensure alignment with brand messages and initiatives.
• Communicate visual presentation standards and seasonal layouts to third-party partners, assisting with localization needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of visual and promotional strategies.

• Manage timelines for visual updates, product launches, events, and markdowns to ensure consistency across stores.
• Identify opportunities to develop specialized visual concepts that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Provide regular photographs and feedback on store displays, window presentations, and floor moves.
• Respond to sales performance and product sell-through trends by making timely adjustments to visual displays.

• Train and guide store visual personnel to maintain MST Golf’s visual standards.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across retail and marketing teams to uphold a consistent brand image and strong corporate culture.

• Analyse sales and merchandise data to identify opportunities for improved visual performance.
• Provide feedback and reports to Retail and Marketing teams on execution quality and improvement areas.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or fashion visual merchandising (sports retail experience preferred).
• Retail sales experience is required
• Hands-on experience in setting up and modifying visual displays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with retail staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Passionate about fashion trends, visual storytelling, and brand presentation.
• Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude with strong team spirit.
• Demonstrates punctuality, integrity, and discipline in all aspects of work.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (opening and closing hours) when required.
