• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
• Maintain and update inventory, quotations, and customer records.
• Assist in order processing, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups with customers or suppliers.
• Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Liaise with showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams for coordination.
• Support the sales and operations team in day-to-day administrative needs.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• GCE N Level and above
• 0 – 2 years of relevant working experience
